The Eh-Vengers: A Review | After a self imposed hiatus (well another baby in the Baulk household to be exact) Stu is BACK and we are on track to start pouring out more shows. First one off the rank, we look at The Avengers - or is it more like The Eh-Vengers? It is to one of us, listen and find out which one of us liked it and which one didn't. And we hand out a life lesson to a particular group of people out there... and it isn't pretty. Enjoy.. and don't hate. | 5/13/12 | Free | View In iTunes |

The ‘B’ Team, Episode 3 - Dolph Lundgren | I.MUST.BREAK.YOU With those words, our subject of this episode managed to carve out a career for himself, that has been going for over 25 years. You would be hard pressed to dislike Dolph Lundgren, and his body of work, that has left film audiences culturally educated and... ah who are we kidding? Dolph Lundgren makes action movies - No Shakespeare here - just action flicks. This is why we appreciate this great big blonde Swedish meatball. And nowadays, him hooking up with Uwe Boll, can only lead to more cinematic joy to come. Viva La Dolph we say. Enjoy | 3/3/12 | Free | View In iTunes |

Episode 12 - Who’s Better… Who’s Best? - Wages of Fear / Sorcerer | ok, so we decided to shift gears a little with this episode. This was an idea Hunter came up with, take an original film and compare to it's remake and go from there. In this episode we look at the original French classic 'Wages of Fear' and compare it along side it's 70's remake 'Sorcerer'. Here's how it went down. Enjoy | 2/19/12 | Free | View In iTunes |

The ‘B’ Team, Episode 2 - Steven Seagal | CRUNCH - SNAP - ARRGGGHHH. Those are usually the succession of sounds you hear in a film by our subject for Episode 2 of The 'B' Team. In this episode we talk all things about the Action Lama himself, Steven Seagal. His movies, his music, his fashion sense, Lawman and of course his higher power as a confirmed buddhist Tulku. We are, as always with these episodes, joined by the incomparable Andrew Farmer from The United States of Geekdom for a look at the man who took bone crunching to a whole new level. Please note: Keep an ear out for the details at the end of the show of our new voicemail line. Call 1 901 881 0478 for the cost of a local call within North America. International listeners, please listen to the end of the show for details on how you can leave a voicemail via our skype account. Enjoy | 1/19/12 | Free | View In iTunes |

Episode 11 - Rambo: Bullets and Body Parts | "Back there I could fly a gunship, I could drive a tank, I was in charge of million dollar equipment. Back here I can't even hold a job".... those of you who know what Rambo says next, you are a lot smarter than Stu who for nearly 20 years thought he said something very very different. Welcome all to our RAMBO episode, We have had this show idea on the back burner for over a year now but never quite got around to doing it... until now. Here we discuss all the RAMBO films and the animated series also. Please note, this is NOT a 'B' Team episode, but we are however fortunate enough to be joined by his royal awesomeness Andrew Farmer. Enjoy P.S - Due to a minor technical glitch, Stu's voice is slightly echo-y on some parts of the show, this problem has been rectified so as not to occur again on future episodes. | 1/9/12 | Free | View In iTunes |

Guilty Pleasure challenge no. 1 - Dragonball Evolution. | Making good from a little while back, Stu finally decided it was time to watch DRAGONBALL EVOLUTION and review it. Instead though of reviewing it, both of us sat down while Stu was in Memphis and decided to do an audio commentary for it instead. This was tough going, although only 80 mins it was a bitch to get through, listen to this and hear exactly our thoughts on this hot mess. Please note* If you wish to sync up with us, you will need the REGION 1 DVD of this title, if not then go ahead and enjoy listening to it anyway. Enjoy | 5/30/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Interview with Film Producer Ryan Watt | Here is an interview that was conducted while Stu was holidaying in Memphis. In this episode Stu and Hunter interview film producer Ryan Watt of Paper Moon Films ('Open Five' and the upcoming 'The Romance of Loneliness') on how he got into the business, how you can get into it and of course the films he and his production company have been a part of. A big thank you to Ryan for being gracious enough to allow time out of his very busy schedule, to allow us to interview him. Enjoy | 5/20/11 | Free | View In iTunes |

Thor: Never Let Down Your Asgard | So after snagging some big burgers from Burly's here in Memphis, Stu and I decided to do a spur-the-moment recording on the movie Thor since we both caught it in the theaters recently. The recording was done over beer and burgers, so it's a bit laid back. Stuart had been apprehensive about Chris Hemsworth starring in in the titular role because Stu had the misfortune of being subjected to this image on Australian television. Every. Single. Day. Granted, this is a complaint coming from a man who enjoys watching Steve Gutenberg rollerskate down the streets of New York in hot pants to music by the village people. But whatever. What Jim said - plus they appreciate Walker, Texas Ranger!
Clarkson - The Film Thugs Movie Show
That's what I'm talking about!
If you enjoy film and conversation you cannot go wrong here. Two episodes in and Stu and Hunter are on point. Their conversation flows and stays interesting and their respective tastes range from mainstream to films so obscure I think they might be making them up (I'm looking at you Hunter). Outstanding show that is both entertaining and informative.
Jim- The Film Thugs Movie Show
A podcast devoted to legit film talk
Many podcasts out there strive for good, intelligent film talk but few achieve it. The midnight movie cowboys show is one of the exceptions. I had my eyes opened to the Shaw brothers on their Shaw-in show, I learned so much from their Disney/WB animation show, and was taken back with their unconventional Star wars show (where they talk at length about how Kenner got the contract to make the SW toys).
These guys love film the way the Film Thugs Movie Show and TheHollywood Saloon love film. You add Midnight Movie Cowboys to this mix and you have a podcast trifecta of doom.
Do yourself a favor and check it out.
