Fantastic Podcast Would Listen Again A+++
If you're reading this, what might you be wondering? Is this podcast, The Modern World, worth your time to check out? Yes, it is! A host with palpable interest / enthusiasm for the subject matter, really great interviews with interesting people doing cool stuff, super neat segments about various nooks & crannies of our titular Modern World (ever wonder why there's a 160-character limit on text messages? Episode 3, my friend) and more. If you like hearing good things, click subscribe and make that happen a little more often. P.S. : There are probably going to be mentions of World of Warcraft in many of these reviews as the host is kind of a big deal in the World of WoW, so I thought I'd clarify that I'm not a WoW player myself (not that there's anything wrong with that!), and that certainly hasn't dampered my enjoyment of The Modern World. Non-gamers need not worry.
Even better than "Catty Girls Discuss!"
Ever since "Catty Girls Discuss" went off the iTunes air, there was something palpably missing from my podcast lineup. Thank you, Mike Schramm, for filling the void!
You Wouldn't Be Wasting Your Time With This One :)
I thought I was going to get sick of hearing this guy yak, yak about the Modern World. I was surprised! I found his topics not only interesting, but Schramm has a way of broadcasting like he's right there yakin' yer ear off over a cup of joe! In a good way of course. I actually got my learn on listening to this cat. Keep 'em coming Schramm!!
