Its an advert!
First 3 minutes are all about asking you the question - 'do you want to improve your memory' - then all of a sudden you forget why you're listening to this in the first place b/c it sounds an aweful lot like a really bad commercial.
Not!
This is a wast of podcast space.
The podcasts only direct you to websites and do not provide training
These short podcasts are merely little marketing infomercials for the creator's website. There is no valuable insight, training, or useful information provided in them. I would strongly recommend to the creators that they actually provide useful training and teachings rather than using the podcasts as commercials.
