Just a taste
I find this topic extremely interesting, and like the variety or wars and battles, but these are just too short. I feel like the podcast is an advert to get us to buy the book it is based on.
I would love to hear a real in-depth podcast series on these war-time mistakes.

Topics-5; Narration- Oh dear...
As a history teacher and student, I love the topics and the tight, compact format of each segment. I also think the writing is very well done. But...
The narration is VERY poor, vacillating between monotonous and comic/tragic. I'm particularly amused by the occasional "double takes" that pop up from time to time, where the narrator will repeat the same passage twice or even three times in an attempt to get it right. Brutal!
Get a new host, and this pod will undoubtably improve, even if the comedic level drops off in the process...
