Great Info!
Great information! As a beginning runner from walker this is just the type of information and motivational support that I need! Thanks Debbie!
Informative and concise
Debbie provides a lot of helpful tips and techniques for enjoying and improving my running. Although I've been at it for over 30 years and have been through all the issues with running, her insights are invaluable. I like when she speaks to the competitive side of the sport. The audio quality is excellent and just listening to her well organized thoughts tells me that she spent a lot of time preparing and producing the podcast.
