A Real World view of yoga, teaching yoga & life!
These ladies are down-to-earth, 'householders', and life observers. Their collective experiences and differences create a very listenable podcast. It's like being the fly on the wall during a post-yoga class conversation. As a part-time yoga teacher I appreciate their tips on being a responsible yoga teacher for both the self and the student. Also, Elsie's sharing regarding technology is great inspiration to venture more into the techno world. Thanks Ladies for keeping me inspired on and off the mat. Finally a down to earth conversation about teaching
I love this idea...i feel like I am listening in on the real conversations of yoga teachers...as a teacher myself I think it's terrific that Elsie and Hillary are raising issues related to yoga teaching. I look forward to additional podcasts! My only question is with all the casting you do, how do you find time to practice? :-)
