Much ado about nothing
The first Music Professoer Podcast describes in detail all the great content the listener will hear. And then after waiting and waiting and waiting ---- nothing? This podcast is not off to a great start. Podcasts which are started with much fanfare and then apparently abandoned should not be hosted by Apple. They are a waste of people's time to download, listen to and then to wait for the promised series which never seems to materialize.
Well worth the wait
Dr Steven Kreinbergs podcasts are an absolute gem! In these wonderfully information-packed episodes, he patiently dissasembles and then re-constructs music in a way such that both: a whole new understanding of the art is gained, and our enjoyment of the music is greatly increased. As if this weren't enough, he has taken it upon himself in these podcasts to introduce his listeners to new (and quite good!) music by living artists, music which most of us may never have been exposed to otherwise. A boon to everyone from the layperson to the music professional, these podcasts truly are a must-hear! Many thanks to Dr Kreinberg for making them available!

This is a fantastic podcast! Don't miss it. I have always loved listening to music, but the Music Professor explains things about this music that I never knew before. Really cool! Keep up the great work, Professor!
