Mostly for the novice.

This podcast is good for the novice yogis. It is a fun class with each episode having a special theme and the meditation part in the beginning is always the best part. As I become more experienced though, the episodes become redundant and I always get the feeling I've done the routines before, they're all so similar; and even though the episodes are an hour long, she just makes you hold each pose for a ridiculously long time, which I guess can help build strength but if you're looking for vinyasa or flow yoga, this is not it. It is very slow paced. Again, this is a good starting place for the novice.

Dr. West is awesome

This is the only hour long yoga podcast on the internet. This is free and good. I am a beginner Yogi and really love that she takes the time to produce this content. Although she laughs a lot I still get a lot out of this podcast. I watch this on my apple tv and am able to do yoga in the living room at home. No gym membership required. Thanks so much. I wish others would take the time to do the same.

Excellent

Complete class with excellent instructions. For the serious student of both yoga philosophy and asana practice who I'd looking for a mindful practice. The poses are held longer to deepen your understanding of alignment and being present.
