At last - the BBC Daily News on my daily commute..

I have been waiting for this moment. At last, I can plug my Ipod into the car, drive to work on the other side of the world and listen to some proper British news on my stereo. THANK YOU!!!! Now I just have to remember not to drive on the left ;-)

So Wide Ranging

If you have just TWO news podcasts on your MP3 player, make this one of them. There's plenty of stories to interest, usually 30 odd minutes of news, just FF through the ones that don't interest you. 1/4 of the stories may be UK based, but 3/4 are international, in a depth usually missing from US news, always eye opening. Wonderfull BBC, thank you.

Great alternative to the US's 'McNews' podcasts

This is a great alternative to the US's 'McNews' channels and podcasts. It's very refreshing to hear things the way they really are without concern for commercial or political interests. The BBC tells it like it is, asks tough questions in interviews and gives a different point of view than that of CNN, etc.
