Insightful commentary on Apple's business
I've listened to a bunch of David's other podcasts and have followed Blake's Byte Cellar website for years, so seeing the two of them team up for this new show caught my interest. Obviously it's still too early to properly size it up after only one episode, but I think it's off to a promising start. David and Blake keep the discussion casual and bring relevant personal perspectives and stories to the mix. The first episode about the pros and cons of different Apple retail stores brought up some good points that I hadn't considered before, so I'm glad I listened to it. If I had to pick on anything, I'd suggest shortening the intro and outro, and maybe figuring out better coordination so that the hosts don't keep interrupting each other. Otherwise I'm looking forward to more episodes and hopefully the bugs will get ironed out along the way.
Great start to a unique podcast with a sense of history
Great beginnings, guys. I love the historical aspect to it, and the fact you're analyzing things that very few Apple/Mac podcasters are. There are a ton of podcasts about news and rumors, and then there are a few original ones like this. Keep up the solid work.
