Not Bad
There are some interesting tips here, for sure. Some of them are a little basic, but it's good for the beginner/intermediate user. It's nice that the podcasts are short. However, my 40-second tip for you: Skip forward 40 seconds or so and save yourself from all the advertisements. If anything bothers me about this podcast, it's that 1/2 of the show is advertisements.
Every third tip is fantastic
I find the tips helpful, brief, and illuminating. Not every tip is going to be relevant to me (just like my "Word of the Day" subscription, sometimes I already know it), but it's a great podcast for the unexpected tip. I learned from here about the iTunes OPML import / export, for example -- I don't know if that's been covered elsewhere at all.
