Podcast Description

Organic Church is Love not Legalism. It's Spirituality without Elitism. It's church without the artificial crap. Musings on church, god, culture, and how to make sense of it all. We don't have all the answers, but we enjoy the conversations that come from really good questions.

Potential... until you listen to them.

Their statement makes sense. One would easily subscribe to this podcast, seeking to find God's word presented without the religiousity and churchianity, however, profanities used by "men of God" notwithstanding, the main gist of the podcast is not to build the faith of the listening believer, but to cut down and make fun of those whose beliefs don't allign with theirs. While, being a charismatic Christian, I happen to disagree with the ministry of Benny Hinn, yet the constant disparging remarks against Suzanne Hinn's infamous Holy Spirit enema line left me to wonder where was the love that was advertised in statement... They speak against legalism which is a terrible thing, but their language leaves much to be desired. If you're seeking to subscribe to them, think twice, they're no LiquidChurch, that's for sure. My point is, even if you're a liberal Christian who doesn't mind leaders who have compromised integrity and character, and don't mind the profanities so liberally peppered within this podcast, you're still not going to benefit from this "organic" "ministry."

Lacks Content (At Least Interesting Content)

Definitely has potential to be interesting. By half way through, it became a "bash-the-people-different-than-us" time. Seriously folks, don't waste your time. Save your hard drive space.

Awesome Honesty!

Rob has come back to entreat us with his understanding of being a post-modern in a traditional church modernity setting. It's Really all about Jesus and not us, but God has clearly called some to respectivly leave the former and venture out to uncharted waters. Listen and reflect!
