From the heart
It is nice to hear a podcast that is comprised of a man and a woman that are clearly speaking from the heart.
My new favorite podcast
I came upon Pedestrian Polyamory when looking for a general discussion of the poly lifestyle. As the intro states, every other podcast that came up was full of spiritual and pagan themes that are at best correlated, but not necessary, to the idea and practice of polyamory. When I heard the lead into this podcast, I knew I had found what I was looking for: a rational, down to earth, and experienced perspective on polyamory.
With the focus of the podcast on target, what really pulls the podcast together is the hosts. Shira and Gavin are natural podcasters. I am almost through the full set of episodes, and the continuous banter from an obviously happy couple make every minute enjoyable. An on going narrative from a polyamorous but otherwise relatively normal family can do nothing but good in the effort to bring polyamory more into the mainstream.

LOVE that there is a show about poly from an experienced point of view and in this first show Gavin and Shira give us a taste of what their background is, legitimizing their not so doe eyed take on poly. This first show is kind of like the first time you have sex, a little awkward at times, some giggles, and a preview of the greatness to come! Gavin, a self proclaimed introvert, comes out of his shell after about 15 minutes with banter with Shira just before the break that will have you laughing with his wit and charm. Shira gives us a peer into her life that we simply don't get from the life on the swingset podcast.The greatest part is that it leaves me with so many questions for them! They have so many topics left to explore and I think that they will definitely get the listener email prompting that exploration! Overall, great start! Two very sexy voices that make me wish I lived in the bay area and I'm really looking forward to more!!
