I'm no hardcore feminist, but this could make me become one

I downloaded the Pod Surf TV "Wipeouts" video in the hopes staying sane while I count down the days until my next Costa Rica surf trip. Apparently these guys decided to only film male surfers, with the occasional bikini-clad female playing the the waves as eye candy. I am female and I surf. And the weird thing is, when I paddle out there are a lot of girls out there. This type of representation is not so much sexist (which it is) but inaccurate. Oh, I am sure they will put out some gratuitous "Girls Rip"-type video, but it would be nice to just see surfers, male and female, shown for their skills and grace. I'm sick of being treated like I am an 18yr old sexually charged male whenever I download anything surf-related.

awsome

need more shows!!! not enough. dowload as fast as you can

Deteriorating Rapidly

Used to show some decent surfing, recent and vintage. Lately vandalized by "artist" interviews, fashion show, lonely Episode 1s (never followed by Episode 2s), and now Dapamine, an overlong collection of low resolution black and white (makes my big Mac look like Granpa's TV) surfing footage interspersed with immature political commentary and artsy nudes.
