Episode 30- Assault! of Doom | Welcome faithful listeners to a very sassy episode of Podcast Without Honor and Humanity. This week I took a suggestion from a listener while in a drunken stupor, but do I live to regret it? The movie in question is Assault! Jack the Ripper which is about what you would think it is about and then I stay on the pink tip(hehehe) and cover a film by a pink director who decides to class up the joint with Village of Doom. I'll be talking about cake knives and frisky old ladies, but if you download now you also get talk about foxy UFC, some time in the West that happened once, and chasing time. This one's a dooooooozy! Episode 28- Stone Age Angels | Wello hello there listeners. This week on Podcast Without Honor and Humanity, I pay special attention to the lovely ladies of Hong Kong action. Midnight Angels a.ka. Iron Angels a.ka. Fighting Madam. In addition to some talk about angry furries and deathstarred logos, I also squeeze in some talk about lights on Friday in the evening, a way that belongs to a warrior, questionable pizza, and the logical conundrum of making a fifth final of anything. We cover the bloodsucking alien film Goke, Bodysnatcher From Hell and then we mosey on over to Korea to have fun on an island. Aside from welcome chit-chat about getting Goke'd and bean paste, we also talk about Sucker Punch, more TIFF talk, street vendors, and...Dennis Hallman's balls. Hope you enjoy the show! Episode 26- Butterfly Loner | Don't call it a comeback...because I've only been gone for two weeks. Podcast Without Honor and Humanity is back, busting down the doors, and feasting on a duo of Korean films. On the menu is a memory-wiping virus in Nabi and Korea goes all hikikomori-crazy in Loner. You get some talk about turtlenecks and bullies, but you also get dignified discourse about donkey kong punches, bbq, larping gone mental, and new digs! Also, be sure to stay tuned until the end of the episode for a super-special announcement for next week's show. Episode 25- Karate Omen | Yo! Podcast Without Honor and Humanity celebrates the quarter-century mark by revisiting two favorites of this podcast's storied history. Wolfguy's Kazuhiko Yamaguchi tells Sonny Chiba to wreck fools once again in Karate Warriors and Chih-Hung Kuei follows up Bewitched the notorious Boxer's Omen. Aside from sobering talk about Sonny Chiba tossing children and Bolo Yeung's tough t**s, I also manage to squeeze in some rambling about Korean handball, meth-cooking high school teachers, the TIFF lineup, and an open-world yakuza video game. Episode 23- Samurai Rock Squadron | Greetings and salutations you lovely folk! Podcast Without Honor and Humanity is back with reviews of two movies renowned for their ability to sharpen your mind and mold your heart. Hideo Gosha embraces the antisocial in the Japanese chanbara-trash Bandits vs. Samurai Squadron(forgot to mention you can watch it online if you have Hulu+) and then I journey back to Hong Kong to review Rock on Fire, where you'll never look at boxing gloves the same way again. In addition to some talk about muddy rice paddies and inept doctor practices, I also take a sharp look at a hobo with a large weapon, questionable racial stereotypes, self-aware rubber, and the difference between remake and adaptation.
