Excellent
These podcasts are great! Fascinating content, high production quality and perfect length. My only hope is that they continue them past the end of National Poetry Month...
I've listened to every one of these podcasts
& they are excellent. The host is even & engaging in his tone. Commentary is clear and explicit, given not only by the host but by friends, colleagues, and students of the poet whose work is the podcast subject. This podcast is excellent both for poetry lovers and for people who would enjoy an easy introduction to poetry. You will not be limited to just North American poets, either. Leave your own worries behind for a few moments and let poetry take you away.
Yes, indeed...
Excellent for all the reasons outlined by others posting here. Learned about it via Keillor's The Writer's Almanac podcast. The two together can clear your head and rise above what passes for just another day in the real world.
