Greatly improved the quality of my life
I’m not one to exaggerate, so I mean it when I say that this podcast has really improved the quality of my life during a difficult time. I’m not Catholic, and although I’m a seminarian, I often find it very difficult to pray. These podcasts have taught me how to pray all over again, in a fresh, meditative way that deepens my experience with the divine more than I can say. The mixture of music, reflection, readings, and silence inspires me to devotion without dictating my prayer. To whoever spent the countless hours that must have gone into crafting this artistic podcast, I want to express my most profound thanks and tell you how valuable your work has been to me.

this excellent production takes its genre seriously: it really is everything a podcast should be. it's got superior audio quality, creative use of music and spoken word, variety within a format, and just the right length. whether you listen while commuting, at home, or anywhere else, this meditative 10 minutes can completely change your day for the better. you don't have to be Catholic, or even a Christian, to appreciate the wisdom and prayer guidelines this provides.
The Best Example of What Podcasting Should Be
This is a very thoughtful and well-crafted series, both technically and substantively. The music, narration, and sound quality are all top-notch. The programs are refreshingly low-key and respectful of the modern, secular mind. The series is thought-provoking and transformative without being preachy, self-conciously pious, or judgmental. It is genuine and unaffected without being facile or naive. This podcast has made me consider going to a Jesuit retreat or even becoming a Catholic. This podcast, alone, has made me feel like my iPod was worth every cent I paid for it.
