Random Noodle UpdatesDaniel is "da man," as testified by third-party witnesses Jeremy talks about toilets (what else?) John and horse shirtsWeekly Noodlism: "in other words" The phrase "in other words” may actually mean to use other words that have nothing to do with what you just said, thus changing the subject; the phrase could also mean to use other words from a different language to say the same thing. Featured Story: Christmas gift fails "Insanity" is doing the same thing and expecting different results. Incidentally, this also clearly describes John Steinklauber's first few Christmases with his wife.Big thanks to John Steinklauber for joining us! We'll sing the only lyrical section. Please email feedback@CleanComedyPodcast.com if you can help and we'll send some PDF sheet music, a synthesized recording of your part, and a MIDI file in case you want to import it into GarageBand or a similar program. Let us know if you prefer hard or simple. Random Noodle UpdatesDaniel compares his facial hair with his new inlaws John's got nothing because he leads a boring life, but he'll talk about how frustrating hanging Christmas lights can beWeekly Noodlism: "add insult to injury" A better progression would be to insult a person before you injure them. That escalates better. If some says something added "insult to injury," but there is no injury, perhaps you should provide one. Feedback / Ramen Noodle Experience Ian, from Indiana, shared his romantic story of luring the girl he loved by injuring himself. CleantRN054: Civically Naked | It's after Election Day in the United States and we gained an extra hour. We look back at a TRON: Legacy preview and poster giveaway. Let us know if you prefer hard or simple. Random Noodle UpdatesDaniel and Jenny saw a TRON: Legacy preview Daniel and Jeremy scary stories from Election DayWeekly Noodlism: "text message" "Text" could refer to anything as small as an SMS through a phone to a whole book. Perhaps "text messages" should be interpreted as books. Or maybe it's from the similar phrase "text massage," in which case the words smoothly massage your neck and shoulders. Feedback / Ramen Noodle Experience Zackmann suggests a nasty way for Daniel to remember his wedding anniversary. Featured Story: what did you or could you have done with the extra hour? With the passing of our unbeloved Daylight Saving Time, we were blessed with an extra hour. How did you use that extra hour, or how could you use it in the future? Our friend "UpChuck" said, "I woke up panicking that I was half-an-hour late and wondering why my alarm didn't go off. Then I remembered and went back to sleep."[blackbirdpie url="http://twitter.com/djcollier/status/1724862372515840"][blackbirdpie url="http://twitter.com/djcollier/status/1726641625628672"]We don't have to tell you what Daniel and Jenny did with the extra hour …http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Su2cp296jeINo, they didn't make donuts. People will ask if you passed a test, passed the Walmart, but why isn't it as common for them to ask if you passed a kidney stone? Instead, let "pass" mean to "poop." "Did you poop the test?" and so on. Feedback / Ramen Noodle Experience I … wanted to thank you for doing such a wonderful, clean, and genuinely funny podcast. This story is a mixture of cheesy horror-movie-like effects, typical male directions-handling, starvation, pants on the ground, and the little monsters from Cloverfield. Bachelor Bootcamp: towels There is no logic behind needing a new towel every time you shower because you should be getting clean in the shower, using a clean towel to dry off, so a single towel should last months! Explanation of recent Weekly Noodlism Brad paid us back for hijacking his show, The Thin Ice Podcast, by explaining to us the origin of "letting the cat out of the bag": In the Days of Yore, when a person went to market to purchase a piglet, the piglet vendor would have all the piglets prepackaged in burlap sacks. (Otherwise, the vendor would have piglets running all over the marketplace.) Some unscrupulous vendors whom were taking large piglet orders would replace one or two pigs with...........wait for it..........wait for it..............cats. (Stray cats are apparently cheaper than piglets). The customer would return home to the family farm and in the process of unbagging his piglets, would "let the cat out of the bag" thus revealing the truth about the transaction. Nice guy, nice podcast
Daniel produces an excellent podcast; it's always pleasant and fun to listen to. He has a great sense of humor, which really comes through on this podcast. He's a great storyteller. These podcasts are totally worth your time! :)
Random. In a good way.
Two guys, some stories, some sound clips, a lot of fun. It grows on you... but in a good way. Serious.
New favourite
I've only recently subscribed, but I love this podcast. The banter between Daniel and Jeremy is very fun to listen to, and they tell great stories.
