Great Insight Into Successful Photographers!

Rangerinder is a magazine that caters to the photography professional so it's not got the same distribution as an "American Photo", but it contains an amazing amount of useful content. These podcasts are interviews with photographers featured in the magazine. The podcasts are worth listening to, even if you subscribe to Rangefinder, because they go into much more depth as to how a certain photgrapher approaches their craft, the advice they give and just their individual perspective on photography. I recommend the Damon Tucci and Dixie Dixon ones especially, but they are all worth listening to.

Good but annoying

I really like this podcast, it is a great resource for up and coming pros. The guest are always great and its nice to hear thier work routine. Now for the bad news. The host will not shut up about film! Film is dead get over it! I know a lot of older non tech saavy photographers like to pine about how great film was but this is the digital age. If I hear him say "theres nothing like thorwing a bunch of slides on a light table" one more time I will puke. He literally says it every show. Then he always has to ask if the pro shoots film as if they are not legit unless they shot chrome. I shot film and it wasnt that great, Digital is here and this show needs to get on with it. Other than that pet peeve I really like the show.

Great Guests

I love the guests and topics. The one problem I have is in the edit. It sounds like they are cutting all the silence out of the interveiws. Some of them even sound like they are sped up. The fast talkers I've heard on other podcasts sound slow in comparison to the shows here.
