Good Stuff
These guys have a good thing going. Pleasant to listen to with decent production quality. I think this certainly fills a void for new runners. They are about setting goals and working to achieve them.
real rookies for real rookies
Wonderful podcast for people just starting out and for those who need refreshers in information and motivation. If they don't have an opinion or info on something, they'll find someone who does. It's a great podcast that's more than 5 minutes long!!
Good going guys
Go with a run with these guys and you'll find yourself needing to stop because you will be out of breath from laughing! These guys have great chemisty and keep it light! I predict a successful podcasting future!
