Customer Reviews

The Master at Work

As usual, you can depend on Rick Steves to provide exceptional tours of Italy's popular sights! Tours are detailed, informative and, at times, humorous. The quality of the recording is very good, top quality. Directions are clear and concise and the information is never boring. These tours are an excellent tool for enhancing sightseeing in Italy!

Informative and Helpful

The Forum audio tour was a great way to learn about the Forum and the buildings that used to be there. The St. Peter's tour was good, but just a drop in the bucket considering everything that is in the basilica. My only critique is that Rick came across as a bit anti-Catholic in the St. Peter's tour with some comments that he could've just left out of the podcast. All in all, easy and convenient ways to learn about these sights in Rome. Thanks, Rick!

Fun and informative

I went to Italy and used ALL of his podcasts. They are fun, informative and save you money on audioguides! I wish he had done one for Palatine hill, but I have no complaints about the others. They are clear, interesting and will make you see more than you would walking around by yourself. My favorites are the ones for the Roman forums and the Colusseum. Without the podcasts or an audioguide, you really can't tell what you're looking at! I definitely reccomend them!
