Role Playing Public Radio presents a weekly Actual Play podcast of tabletop role playing game sessions. We play a wide variety of RPGs, from popular classics like Dungeons and Dragons and Call of Cthulhu to indie hits like Monsters and Other Childish Things and Don’t Rest Your Head. Some of our episodes are stand-alone scenarios and we also feature an ongoing 4e Dungeons and Dragons campaign called “The New World’. Give us a listen if you want to hear a great gaming crew fight evil, try outrageous plans to save the day and joke about it.

World of Darkness: Slender Man episode 6 | In this final episode of the Slender Man campaign, the investigators have to deal with a threat at a chemical plant in the Tanner Neighborhood. The battle will be deadly but they may have a few aces up their sleeves. This was the last session we played of the campaign. I admit I didn't have an end game planned and I made the mistake of throwing in too many elements to make the game work, I think. If I had kept it a Hunter/Changeling game it might have worked better, but adding in vampires and prometheans because they were cool wasn't a good idea. However, I did have fun with this game and hope you liked it, even though it was run during the summer of 2010 (as you can tell by the references made in the game). I played with several people from the Arc Dream crew, including Shane Ivey and Greg Stolze. We used the Transatlantic playset: The time is 1932, the place? Somewhere in the mid-Atlantic aboard the luxury cruise ship Leviathan, a week out of Southampton en route to New York. GURPS: Modern League of Extraordinary Gentlemen – Judgment Day 04 | We played these games a while ago. Funny story about this. I thought we played 3 sessions but in fact, Tom ran 4 sessions of this mini campaign. I scheduled these games to be posted while I was away at Gencon 2011. You'll LOVE these guys. After a 10 year hiatus from table top roleplay, they brought me back and I'm hooked. Great advice, knowledgable cast/crew, the "My Immortal" episode will become a constant "replay" when you're having a bad day and just need a reason to feel better. Not to mention...that Ross guy has a sexy voice. But don't tell my fiancee, he's already upset that I considered getting Runes of Magic married for the buff.
If there's any podcast you'd want to listen to, RPPR is THE one to dedicate your megabytes to.

Ha, the funniest thing Ross said during the pre-game chatting was that he some gaming podcast group noted that the right length of a podcast that their listeners wanted was about an hour and Ross noted that the RPPR listeners wanted, demanded, c raved 3, 4 hours worth a play per podcase and wanted more, more, more! LOL, it is so true. I love this podcast and normally will play it during my 8 mile hikes in the woods. I have lost 30 lbs this year in due part to this podcast. I am hoping for another 30 so keep it up guys.
The guys do the horror/suspense games the best. If they made these games into modules I would totally buy them.
