Waste of Time
Contains very little useful information. One the people profiled is a high school communications teacher, and most of the videos are obviously made by her class, not by Runner's World.
Strange
Not terrible, but a bizarre series that starts and ends with a professional production, and in the middle quite literally turns into a juvenile High School media class project.
excellence
This podcast is perfect, show people that want to train hard for the half marathon. And we learn what are learning the 3 persons. Is an inspiration for everybody.
