The only podcast on my iPod
I have never run so well as on the days when I have a friend to run with me. But on those days when everyone else is busy, I grab my ipod, and know that Ashland Dave will talk through whatever distance I need to cover. His podcasts are thoughtful, clever, down-to-earth, and funny. It's been a great training tool to have and a lot of people are grateful that he takes the time to record these 'casts. Thank you Dave!!
My personal coach!
I have been so impressed with the spirit of Ashland Dave and all he shares. I am training for my first half marathon and have enjoyed listening to his advice and real thoughts. He has given me inspiration and kept me company. A super and motivating break from my music when I am alone. Thanks Ashland Dave...keep them coming!!!!
Terrific Podcast
I have been listening since Dave started podcasting and I have enjoyed every episode. Dave talks about the current subject while he is out on a run. Listening is like running with a buddy and catching up on life!
