Podcast Description

This program is focused on the Power of POP - producing, optimizing and promoting content via social media marketing strategies. Topics include websites and blogs (Wordpress and Blogger), audio (BlogTalkRadio, Cinch, Chirbit and Soundcloud), video (Animoto, Screencast-o-matic and Camtasia), as well optimization and promotion via sites like Ping.fm, Amplify, Tubemogul and Pixelpipe. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn are discussed frequently, as are interactive social media sites such as Empire Avenue. Guests talk about mobile and their favorite social media platforms. The show is produced by Ken English, the MediaMojoGuy, author of BlogTalkRadioMadeEasy and the ABCs of MediaMojo and co-hosted by the Nicheprof, aka Dr. Ron Capps, author of Social Media Dominos and other communications ebooks. School of Social Marketing is the flagship program for the Social Radio Network.

Customer Reviews

Content may be okay, but sound quality kills it

I have tried listening to several episodes of this podcast, but I had to unsubscribe due to the very poor audio quality. I might suggest that the host look into a better mic and stop breathing into the mic while his guest is speaking. It's distracting...

Un-listenable due to audio quality.

Important topic, but...1st one that I listened to featured Dr. Capps commiserating over his atrocious sound quailty for several minutes with his guest -who seemed quite irritated by it. Pleaaaase man, spend a few bucks and get a sound professional to set you up with something that's worth listening to. I'm deleting you now, maybe I'll be back, maybe not. Sound quality matters.
