Professional and Thorough
I was surprised at how in depth some of topics were covered. I thought it was produced very professionally. I especially liked the episode about the self sustaining “organic” house that uses it’s own energy. I’ll anxiously be awaiting for more episodes to come out.
"This Week in Science" is another good alternative.
It's funny, when I first listened to this podcast back in Feb it was about as exciting as watching dirt be dirt. Reviewer 'Pinpoint' made a comment suggesting they report on something exciting like a 'big freaking flaming rock hitting the earth' and on 3/30 we get a show all about the coming meteoric apocalypse. Heh, at least we know they're listening right? Now if I could just understand what the announcer is saying through all the sound effects and whoosh sounds. Take a look at "This Week in Science" for something a bit different. It's an interesting little science podcast that doesn't resort to sound effects to make science entertaining.
a podcast that DOES NOT WASTE your precious time
I am a high school senior, aspiring to go to college and become a Chemist. If you find yourself at a bus, car, subway with some free time, then YOU HAVE TO listen to this. Plus, they are filled fun facts that can be helpfull. If you are looking for a podcast that DOES NOT WASTE your precious time, then THIS IS THE ONE!!! this deserves 10 STARS!!! **********
