Podcast Description
Talk of knitting and designing. Random honest thoughts on life, parenting 7 children and trying to figure out how to deal with the obsession to knit while also keeping a foot in the world at large are most of what you will hear in She-Knits Podcast. This is as close as you will get to being in an actual knitting group (albeit with one person talking)in the cybersphere. Sharon Dreifuss began her She-Knits podcast in the hopes of connecting with others and building a little bit of knitting community. She-Knits small talk also happens everyday within Ravelry.com in She-Knits Podcast group.

So refreshing and down-to-earth!!
I just love her! It is so nice to listen to her, she is natural and normal and could be your sister, friend or SNB buddy. I look forward to her podcast updating evey time I log in... and now I'm off to check out her bags!!
On the fence
I like hearing about the knitting content on this podcast but I find her so down & depressing, which is hard to get by sometimes.
A fun and touching knitting podcast.
Sharon is a Chicago-area based mother of 7 who prefers to knit on larger sized needles. :) Each episode puts a smile on my face or a tear in my eye (esp. when she lovingly talks about her children). She's so authentic and fun to listen to. This is one of the more intelligent knitting podcasts out there.
