Great Podcast :-)
One of the best parts of the "NewsHour" with Jim Lehrer, now on podcast... I don't have to hope I have the time to watch... Now I can just download... Most Cool!
Always worth a listen
Mark Shelds and David Brooks always do a fine job of presenting their political points of view reasonably and fairly. Neither comes across as an ideologue, and they actually seem to listen to each other -- what a concept! FWIW, I don't understand the person who thinks this segment is a great counterbalance to the right wing any more than I understand the one who calls it left wing drivel. The whole point is to have 2 non-wingnuts representing 2 political philosophies briefly debate some issue of the day. That's what Shields and Brooks do, and they do it well.
