Best Podcast!!
I've just recently found this podcast after passing my NASM looking for as much advice as I can get. This is hands down THE BEST! podcast on the fitness industry I've found. I must of downloaded 15 different podcast and after listening to SFFP show #2 I was sold. I see you have not posted anything since march PLEASE if you can pick up where you left off really great show.
I can't believe this is free!
I've paid a lot of money for fitness information products that arent this good. I'm so glad I found this site. Thanks Ryan, Keep it up!!!
