AMONG THE VERY BEST FILM PODCASTS!!

Sound on Sight is one of the very best film podcasts out there. They cover every kind of film out there: cult films, art flicks, Hollywood blockbusters, B movies, horror and so much more. Although I have disagreed many times with opinions of the hosts, they explain very well why they like or dislike a film and always keep a sense of humor about it. Some episodes are downright hilarious while others contain interesting insight into the work of some directors. It’s a must listen.

movie reviews with a unique perspective

As a self-proclaimed movie snob, I highly recommend this podcast. This very entertaining show provides critical and sometimes quirky reviews of both current and classic movies. The Sound on Sight crew is often laugh-out-loud funny. They discuss movies in a friendly conversational way, with a bit of sarcasm and wit thrown in. A Great Listen!

Sound on Sight

The Sound on Sight guys know movies. They know waaaay more than you do. These guys consume all aspects of film and are fluent on every genre. They effortlessly refer to obscure movies and can remember minute details of every movie they have seen. On the show they review mainstream flicks alongside the independent movies playing at film festivals like Fantasia (Montreal) and Cannes. They are very entertaining. They are often offensive, sometimes sarcastic, and always sincere about their appreciation of film. Oh yeah, they are Canadian and sometimes talk funny. This podcast is addictive.
