Life changing; Tami Simon is a National Treasure!
Tami Simon is an exceptional interviewer. Yes, she asks questions I want to know the answers to - usually just before I realize it. But what really makes her unique is her complete lack of "ego." She never has to show-off her knowledge or prove how "enlightened" she is. It's obvious that she has known some of her subjects for years, even decades, but she can genuinely put herself in the shoes of the listener who is hearing about a concept for the first time.
Perhaps her most remarkable accomplishment is that she never tries to upstage her subject as so many interviewers seem to relish doing.
Many of these podcasts have started me down paths that are life-changing.
Yes others are pretty out there. Definitely "greater woo" territory. But there is not a single one in which I haven't learned something.
Thanks, Tami Simon and Sounds True!
