SpLiTnTwO.com Parental alienation is the mental manipulation of children, which can result in destroying a loving and warm relationship they once shared with a parent. Parental Alienation can occur in intact families, but is mostly seen in separated and divorced families. It will most likely occur during divorce, custody hearings, upon remarriage of a parent, or most commonly during primary contact with the children. EPISODE58 - The hipocrisy in Parental Alienation | Tonights show will be on the hipocrisy in parental alienation. DEFINITION OF HIPOCRISY; The act or practice of a hypocrite; a feigning to be what one is not, or to feel what one does not feel; a dissimulation, or a concealment of one's real character, disposition, or motives; especially, the assuming of false appearance of virtue or religion; a simulation of goodness. I am finding more and more that in my own case of parental alienation along with many others that our children's alienators are everything they say we are and they do everything they say we will. They have unreasonable fears and abnormal personalality disorders that somehow are over looked in court. Maybe it is the way that most attorney's or Pro Se parent's approach these cases in court? Maybe it's just the corruption that is rampent in family court? Either way it is time to turn the tables on these hipocritical child abusers who live in glass houses. I find it interesting that for all of the false accusations made against alienated parent's that the alienators are perfectly fine with all of the bad behavior and or crimes committed against our children so long as it is them doing it. Let's not forget the fine jobs they are doing raising these children to become hate filled, mean spirited and disrespectful children to their other parent, family members or authority figures. There is a great hipocrisy in all of this considering alienated children have no influence from the targeted parent, yet they become programmed, disrespectful, cold, unloving, sometimes criminals and always hate filled. This man's life experience with our judicial system and working with children, representing their best interests, is incredible. He is taking on PAS I am sure we can only assume just by looking at his background that he sees something horribley wrong with PAS. Our children who are being abused through Parental alienation need a voice from more people like John. John Frentheway is a GAL and IGAL. He obtained a JD in 1981 and began private practice with the Law firm of Graves Hacker and Phelan. In 1983 John started his solo practice representing juveniles and clients in domestic relation cases and family law. He also represented teachers and public employees in employment disputes. Along with his private practice John began serving as a Public Defender in 1982 doing work primarily with Juveniles. He continued with the Public Defenders office representing almost all of the Delinquents appearing in the District Juvenile Court from 1982 until 2005. John represented all of the CHINS in Laramie County from 1982 through 2005. He began representing children in Child Protection Services (CPS) cases in 1982 and was the sole GAL for Laramie County District Child Protection cases from 1987-2005. John has represented over 4000 juveniles who have been involved in the Juvenile system as delinquents, children in need of supervision, or abuse or neglected children. John was the first fulltime Juvenile Attorney in Wyoming. and presently the only IGAL (Independent Guardian ad Litem not funded by government money) for juvenile cases in the State of Wyoming. John has handled several hundred domestic relation cases as counsel for the parties or GAL for the children. Formal training at 15 different national conferences and numerous regional seminars has enhanced Johnâ??s experience as a child, father of six, a grandfather of 23, foster father, educator, coach and consultant. John has taught juvenile law for criminal justice division Laramie County Community College and basic constitutional law and juvenile law for Cheyenne Police Academy. John has been a guest lecturer on child abuse and juvenile justice at the University of Wyoming, Laramie County Community College and the Wyoming Bar Association. John is the Co host for the CHILD AT RISK series on regional radio and the Host of the Frentheway Forum, a regional radio talk program.Governor Hershler appointed John to serve on the Wyoming Juvenile Justice Commission and Governors Sullivan, Garringer and Freudenthal later appointed him to the Wyoming Juvenile Advisory Council when the Council was enacted by the Legislature in 1996.
