Great information--great presentation! I found this podcast by accident as I was looking for a podcast on kettlebell training. Scott has a great voice and sounds like a friend giving you advice and tips. I listened to all 8 of his podcasts in one day--listened to one right after the other and each was full of interesting and inspiring content. I have fat to lose and kettlebells is the way to do it along with diet. Listen to this podcast --you will be glad you did.
