I love the authentic realism that An-Shu Hayes brings to every moment, from the probable attacks to honest defenses. It almost feels like I just had my own private lesson. A+
Real combat training
I have had the pleasure to train with SKH a handful of times. He is humble wise and most importantly very talented! He is a soft natured person and a great teacher. This videos are great training motivators.
To Shin Do
An-shu Hayes is masterful in His presentation of the skills one will need to survive an attack in today's world. I have studied with him for three years now and I Iearn something new every time I train. These podcasts are the greatest way to refine your skills.
