Like having a stoner pal on the phone.
Steve's podcast is like being on the phone with him when neither of you really has anything to say, you are probably baked a little and just bored so you stay on the phone and maybe watch TV together. Then you make dumb noises and laugh your balls off. Then you get really hungry and are like "OK I am going to Wawa, talk to you later." but Steve has fallen asleep on the other end.

This is less like a podcast and more like your most hilarious friend leaving you ridiculous voicemails.
