Meh with potential
I have listened to both podcasts and I like it in theory. The problem is that the hosts have too many inside references and jokes. If you want to appeal to a broader audience, I think you should stop referencing people by first name. Not everyone knows these people and where they work. For example if you all think "John" makes the best whatever, then say where he works at. Stop with all the inside jokes and please, please, please STOP talking over one another. Let one person talk and no one else should be talking in the background. It makes it very hard to understand what is being said.
I did like the interview with Josh this past week and I enjoy the segment where you say where you all had the best meal. In the two episodes you have provided me with some great info about restaurants that I probably would not have gone to, for example The Pearl Cafe. So if you all could clean up the pacing, it would make for a better listen, at least for me.
Great inside info on the STL food scene
Great inside info on the food seen... But, constructive criticism: this podcast needs more math.
Good podcast
I've listened to most of these episodes now and I think you guys are doing great. Thanks for the farmhaus lunch tip - went last weds for fried chicken and couldn't believe how incredible it was! Keep it up!
