Wonderful to find a new band
I have always liked Subpop, and had heard of a few of the bands that are on this playlist. Well, before I bought Wolf Parade or Constantines, I wanted to hear a bit of them. And I found a lot more to listen to. Chad Vangaalen, Rogue Wave, and the Fruit Bats...I'm not going to have a lack of bands to listen to for a while. And it's not all the same, there is something for everyone. Enjoy.
New, Interesting Music!
There doesn't seem to be a regularity to the podcasts but who can complain about free music, especially when it's new and different! This is a great way to get some exposure to new music that I ordinarily wouldn't ever hear. It's not commerical and bland. I've found my favorite new band, Rogue Wave. This is by far my favorite Podcast.
Free Songs From One Of Indie's Best Record Labels
WOW! This is great! Sub Pop was famous in the early 90's for being the leading Label for grunge bands such as Nirvana, Mudhoeny, TAD, Green River, and even more. This Podcast let's you hear what there up to now. I really like A Frames and Comets On Fire, I never would have known 'bout either of them if it wasn't for this Podcast.
