Go Science!
This podcast is excellent and it helps you gain and maintain knowledge about staying healthy. Darya's website, summertomato.com, has been one of my favorite blogs for a long time now and this podcast only enhances the experience. I recently graduated from college and I'm constantly asking myself, "Gee, what exactly was that one thing I learned from that one class." This podcast is a great refresher in bioology, nutrition, and general science. I love Darya's reliance on evidenced-based information. There are not many resources out there where you can get straight answers based on science without getting bogged down in jargon and statistics. This, fortunately, is not only informational but is fun to watch as well.

Keep up the good work
I like what I've seen so far.
