Two runners and a mailman in a basement in Portland. Discussing all the issues that no one finds important. Opinions they got em, but experts they aint. Their technology is as current as Microsoft Paint. They cover lots of topics from running to walking. If they sound intelligent, thats just the beer talking! These are not classes, they talk out their asses. No knowledge is dropping but still theres no stopping The 3 Non Joggers Podcast.

Laugh out loud funny
I listen to them while I'm "jogging" and end up looking like a nut ball because I'm laughing so much!
So glad I found this!
I'm a addicted to both running and podcasting, but thought most running podcasts were dry. Then I found 3 non joggers. Instead of being a dull recitation of training tips, you get to see how 2 guys fit their love of running crazy distnaces into their lives. Carl the mailman keeps it from getting too geeky. May want to start with episode 4, because they're still figuring things out in episodes 1-3.
Gives me the runs...
Very enjoyable! Best friend type of humor that will get you through the tough runs.
