For those of us who have a deep connection with Disneyland it's hard not to have some nostalgia durring this show. This episode was almost entirely shot with an HDSLR except the Big Thunder Mountain sequence as it was not part of the show at recording time. That sequence was added in using old HDV footage. It also features a live mix audio track with gives you the best of both worlds by giving you the live in park audio and studio soundtrack. One of the most relaxing and enjoyable ways to watch the fireworks at WDW is from the Beach at Disney's Polynesian Resort located across the lake of the seven Seas Lagoon. I highly recommend it! As an added bonus the Electrical Water Pageant started just as the fireworks began. Unfortunately the sound system was experiencing technical difficulties so the water pageant audio is unavailable but a special studio live mix will keep time with the spectacle. Portable Space Mountain! Thank You!
This is the only decent video I've ever seen of Space Mountain: It actually captures the chaotic feeling of being on the ride. The special efffects are pretty much lost, but the glimpses of supports and beams zipping past add to the sense of speed - a fair trade-off. I really thought such an effective video of Space Mtn. would be impossible - Nice to be proven wrong! Great closing credit music, too!
