Carbohydrates can kill
Time well spent listening to the real health experts discuss the effects of carbohydrate restriction.
A true humanitarian
I really enjoy Dr. Su's podcast. As a type II Diabetic I find the information he provides invaluable to my health. I frequently download these podcasts and listen to them while on long walks. I am never disappointed. Dr. Su has dedicated his life to helping others overcome health problems associated with our modern way of eating.
Doctor gets it, indeed! EnnuiTwo
Each podcast is getting progressively better and more informative. I am growing more appreciative with each session of the Doc's passion for a low carb prescription, his knowledge of how all the bio-chemistry works, and the way he can make even an interview with the cookie guy interesting. Hope he keeps this going.
