ExplicitThe Comedy Button: Episode 12 | Put your mittens up, people! This week, we recorded an episode that sucked (so we scrapped it), and then we recorded this one (you get to be the judge of whether this one sucks too!) ExplicitThe Comedy Button: Street Fighter Commentary | CHINA! INDIA! JAPAN! BRAZIL! Raul Julia's swansong takes place in none of these countries, and it's actually nothing like the video game at all. Marvel at young (and sociopathic) Kevin McCallister's extreme aptitude for mercilessly assaulting hapless thieves within inches of their lives, and ring in those happy holidays with joyous cheers of "that guy should have permanent brain damage right now." It's fun for the whole family! So queue up your DVDs, grab a drink, and get ready for our expert analysis on what could quite possibly be the prequel to Saw. Oh boy!
BRRAP BRRAP!
The Comedy Button is the spiritual successor to the GameSpy Debriefings. When circumstances made it so that crew couldn't continue on, they went indie and raised money to continue the show. There are still some hints that it was a video game podcast, but they went off topic so often, you'd probably understand it better if you don't spend all your free time playing games.
The Debriefs were a high point of my week when it was running and I expect the Comedy Button to be the same.
Greatest podcast ever!!
The Comedy Button is unbelievable. Well worth the money to get it going and keep it alive.
The greatest podcast since the podcast about sliced bread.
This show has no structure, no topics to go over, and definitely no planning. Nothing can prepare you for what happens on this show. In all seriousness, this is a fine podcast made to reflect on gaming and pop culture. I look forward to many more to come.
