One of the best

One of the best film podcasts ever. Might be my favorite too.

Great Podcast

I have been listening to this podcast for about a year now - it is like a commentary track for the whole Criterion Collection. Each week they focus on one title, but also talk general film news and speculate about upcoming additions to the collection. The three main hosts - Rudie, James, and Ryan - each have very distinctive albeit similar viewpoints. Although they rarely disagree about whether a film is worthy or not, their banter is very engaging. These guys clearly love cinema - isn't that what Criterion is all about?

My new favorite podcast

I listen to several podcasts each week and this is the only one where i wish I could join in on the conversation. I've learned so much from these guys and they've steered me towards several films that I might have not seen right away.

As a Criterion fan, I was thrilled to find a podcast devoted to the Collection. I really like the format and the different segments (especially Fess Up Friday and Variations on a Theme) and look forward to each episode.
