Inside Diana Gabaldon's Mind
Listening to Diana speak about how she comes up with her well-loved characters is enlightening, fascinating and amusing! It's like getting a peek at the inner workings of her mind. Her process of discovering the story line instead of forcing her characters to behave... I have to wonder if she would find the inside of most peoples brains very dull. I feel very strongly that these books will become 'classical literature' in time and that being given the opportunity to hear about how she writes is akin to taking a free creative literature class.
Diana Rocks!
I love love love the Outlander Series! To hear Diana talk about her books and characters is wonderful. Great Podcast!!
Like All Things Diana, Never Enough!
I love DG and the Books. Her podcasts are wonderful, too. I simply want more and have it more often -- more podcasts in which to hear the thoughts of DG and what it takes to write her books. This would be a spectacular forum in which to expand on certain details of the Books: Claire's descriptions of 20th century life and Jamie's reactions/responses and passages that DG may have wanted to modify, among others. The possibilities are endless!!!
