Not bad at all - came back to make IT 5 starts...
He has good solid info about firearms. If you are curious about firearms and want to know some basic information to get started, then listen from episode one. Jason seems like an avid gun guy without any of the chip on your shoulder machismo bull---t that you often get from bullethead know it alls. Thanks for your common sense approach and the story as to why you started wanting to defend yourself. Would have been five stars, but I'll come back when that sound tightens up!!!

Great Podcast!
JP does a great job of having down to earth discussions about normal gun and 2A topics. He doesn't delve into minutia too much or spend his time talking about guns we all can't afford to buy. Definitely on my list of "must listen". He's definitely learning how to make his production sound professional.
A great podcast for the regular shooter
JP at the EyesNeverClosed blog is now into episode 8 of his podcast, the Empty Mags Podcast. If he keeps up with it, I think it’ll be a good one to watch.
The first 7 have been impressive. His topics range from AR-15's to .22LR shooting. JP's style is relaxed and conversational. He really appeals to me because his target audience is the everyday shooter, the regular guy or gal who owns a couple of guns and shoots for fun, competition, and self defense, not an operator. He maintains an even pace throughout the show, and he changes topics effectively.
