Geared towards proving that "anyone can cook", the Fire House Chef (AKA - Ryan McKay) will break down the barriers and fears that surround cooking. I will stress the importance of family and food and that with one comes the other. If you love watching cooking shows on Food Network, The Cooking Channel, etc, you won't want to miss watching "The Fire House Chef"!! Ryan has the knowledge and camera presence that matches the caliber of any TV chef. It is nice to watch someone who has such a passion for food and cooking. I would recommend this show to anyone!
Great Learning Tool!
The Firehouse Chef is an awesome show that breaks down the basics of cooking. He does a great job of dumbing down the secrets of cooking. Not to mention he is easy on the eyes!
It's Getting Hot In Here!!!
A testimony to skill, passionate & practical communication, and a little iPhone know-how (I heard the entirety of the show is recorded on an iPhone 4), The Fire House Chef breaks down the basics of cooking in an easy-to-understand and fun format. Why is salt important? Why use garlic? How do I keep all of my fingers? All of these questions and more are answered in such a way that even I'm emboldened to get into the kitchen. And the cooking isn't the only thing hot in the kitchen... yowzers!!!
