The Firehouse Chef is an awesome show that breaks down the basics of cooking. He does a great job of dumbing down the secrets of cooking. Not to mention he is easy on the eyes!
It's Getting Hot In Here!!!
A testimony to skill, passionate & practical communication, and a little iPhone know-how (I heard the entirety of the show is recorded on an iPhone 4), The Fire House Chef breaks down the basics of cooking in an easy-to-understand and fun format. Why is salt important? Why use garlic? How do I keep all of my fingers? All of these questions and more are answered in such a way that even I'm emboldened to get into the kitchen.
