Thank you Elvis!
Been praying for something as insightful as this series for almost 30 years! Who ever is responsible for making this all happen, and getting it out to the fans, should run the music business! Can't wait for the next installments.
If you love music, you gotta love Elvis!
He's intelligent, practical, prolific as hell and talented beyond belief. I love the ability to get his insight on where he came from and how he approaches songwriting. As a musician, listening to him describe his music is both hugely inspiring and depressingly humbling all at the same time. He's so gifted it's insane.
Elvis in his own words - MORE PLEASE!!
Fantastic, engaging and insightful. Reminiscent of the John Lennon documentary "IMAGINE" in that this podcast features Elvis speaking alone - no talking heads, no outsider interpretations, just Elvis speaking his mind, unfettered and telling the story of the incredible first 10 years of his career. The anecdotes are enhanced by the incredible musical bed, featuring Elvis tunes and songs from artists he name drops as inspirations. Captivating! Can't wait for future episodes.
