Surprisingly Catchy

When I first subscribed to this podcast, I wasn't expecting much, but as a teenager who sleeps very, very late, I get bored and isolated doing homework. When my distracting music was up, this podcast (I had forgotten about it) had come on and it was like another voice by my side. It's also very amusing- in a good way. The only slight fault is the French of some of the other people that appear on this podcast: you can tell they're definitely not French. But besides that, this is probably the most useful podcast that's out there! I also love the music- Serge Gainsbourg!

More than just French

So glad I stumbled on this, thinking simply that my wife would enjoy a refesher for her French. But we both listened, captivated, agreeing that Sebastien is entertaining, interesting, relaxing... At risk of sounding effusive, this Frenchpodclass is a rare thing: it is much more than it intends to be. I hope Sebastien is able to continue doing this podcast. If he is indicative of what the medium has in store, TV ought to be worried.

Bravo! Chapeau!

best podcast ever!!! my french level is advanced and i have a hard time finding resources to keep learning new things. i didn't think it was possible to find something that would be fun for me and still very accessible to anyone at pretty much any level. good for review, good for learning new stuff and really good for developing an ear for the language and fine tuning pronunciation. (i can't believe this is free, there are companies that charge a lot of money to do less than this. thanks sebastien!)
