Customer Reviews

Quite entertaining.

It's like This American Life or Radio Lab if they were about tech nostalgia. Really enjoy the host's voice and sense of humor. Great subject matter too... Highly recommended.

Awesome

This podcast really has me thinking back to when I was younger and how far the world wide web has come. I nod myself thinking "I remember that". Great job!!

sort of childish, but definitely has value

The content is good, but the podcast is a bit childish. It's also the kind of podcast that's so nerdy you'd get beaten up if a "bully" ever found out you listen to it. heh. Of course, that's a good thing.

Not enough people, nerdy or not, appreciate the history of the Internet, and this appears to be the only podcast in the iTunes directory that focuses solely on world wide web history and the quirkiness of websites during that era.

The cheesiness and weak humour can get in the way, though, which is why I give it four stars, but if you look past that, it features a very good perspective on a forgotten culture that the host obviously "surfed" through a lot back in the day. I mean, it'd be worse if the theme were less colourful and more drab and boring.
