Customer Reviews

One of my all time favs.

Every single time I listen to an episode I'm always glad I did. I can't recommend this show highly enough.

Thank you, Alex!

Alex Smith looks at the events and issues that the corporate media (and even some independent outlets) are afraid to confront. Some may find it frightening, but the dark future we face if we continue to allow climate disruption to go unabated must be acknowledged. However, Smith is never leaves an angle ignored. He reminds us that all hope is not lost, that, with some real ingenuity, we may be able to prevent the worst from unfolding -- whether it is from the climate crisis, peak oil, or the nightmare unfolding in Japan. This show is a definite must-not-miss.

Good interviews

The analysis is often alarmist but the interviews are great. The anti-nuclear fearmongering is over the top and not factually accurate. No high marks for credibility on nuclear energy, but on other topics this is a solid interview podcast, if you can get past the drama. It veers into survivalism at times with tips on food storage, etc., which can be good or annoying, depending on your love of food storage.
